Santhi & James first set eyes on each other at Stanford University, so it made perfect sense that a world-renowned academic institution would serve as the backdrop for their engagement session. As it turns out, the campus is studded with striking sculptures, dramatic architecture, and diverse flora. We had a great time capturing our couple strolling hand in hand through Stanford’s halls and viewing Rodin’s Burghers of Calais sculptures lit by a low afternoon sun. When day turned into night, Santhi changed into a stunning sari and we headed to the Papua New Guinea Sculpture Garden, which showcases amazing wood and stone carvings created on location by artists from Papua New Guinea. It was a spectacular end to a lovely day. Here are some of our favorite shots.
